Cancellation Policy: For appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time we charge 50% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100% Refund Policy: At The Beauty Institute and Spa we work very hard to ensure an excellent client experience. If there are ever any issues , or concerns with products or services, please speak with management.
